Feed My Lambs

Feed My Lambs is a program which provides a bagged lunch (and soup on cold days)Feed My Lambs to those in need on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

This program needs bread, peanut butter, jam, dehydrated soup mix, fresh fruit, bottled water, cookies, bologna, sliced cheese, luncheon meat, Styrofoam cups (12 oz. with covers), plastic spoons and money to feed the people in need. Homemade corn bread and soup are needed.

Specific Foods Needed for Feed My Lambs and Backpack Ministries:

  • Bread, rolls, hot dog buns
  • dehydrated soup mix
  • fresh fruit
  • cookies
  • bologna, hot dogs, ham
  • sliced cheese
  • homemade soup
  • cornbread
  • crackers, potato chips
  • condiments: mustard, ketchup
  • bagged slaw or homemade slaw
  • donations for utensils, clam shell trays, cups
  • *jars of peanut butter and jelly mixed
  • *small cans of Chef-boy-ar-dee prepared pasta
  • *small boxes of milk
  • *small bottles of juice
  • *cans of Vienna sausages
  • *microwave packets of Mac and Cheese
  • 16 oz. bottles of water
  • Styrofoam cups (12 oz. with covers)
  • Plastic sandwich bags
  • Paper napkins
  • Number 10 cans of beans, vegetables or fruit, pudding
  • used in backpacks
20160725_105521Feed My Lambs provides food for 60 to 75 homeless and hungry people three days a week. Volunteers are needed to help prepare and serve the meals. Feed My Lamb, especially, needs to buy food trays, plastic ware, napkins, etc. to carry and serve the food as well as canned fruits and vegetables (#10 cans are so welcome), bottled water, and of course, financial assistance.
