Jen Duncan, Parish Administrator

Jen began serving as Parish Administrator at St. James Episcopal Church in September 2025. With more than twenty years of experience in accounting and administration, she brings strong organizational skills, a heart for the Gospel, and an eagerness to serve the Lord through the life and ministry of the Church. Prior to joining St. James, Jen worked in Christian education, particularly teaching science and mathematics in church and faith-based settings.

She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geoscience, having attended Florida Gateway College, Southern New Hampshire University and the University of North Florida. In addition to overseeing parish administration, Jen manages parish communications and serves as webmaster for the St. James website. Outside the office, Jen is a fiercely devoted mother of two who deeply values faith, family, learning, and community.
