Jen Duncan, Parish Administrator

Jen began serving as Parish Administrator at St. James Episcopal Church in September 2025. With more than twenty years of experience in accounting and administration, she brings strong organizational skills, a heart for the Gospel, and an eagerness to serve the Lord through the life and ministry of the Church. Prior to joining St. James, Jen worked in Christian education, particularly teaching science and mathematics in church and faith-based settings.

She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geoscience, having attended Florida Gateway College, Southern New Hampshire University and the University of North Florida. As Parish Administrator, Jen oversees the day-to-day operations of the parish office, coordinates parish communications, and serves as the church’s webmaster. Outside of the office, she is a fiercely devoted mother of two, guided in all things by her faith and family.
